Thank you for shopping at Cosmic Bead Theory! We specialize in beadable pens, plushies, notebooks, and more. Please read these policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy

We ship from our shop in La Crosse, Indiana, USA.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping via USPS or UPS usually takes 7 to 10 business days within the continental United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Free Shipping on all orders over $40 (U.S. only).

International orders are welcome, but you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

2. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Refunds are only issued in cases of defective or damaged items (must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos).

A $10.00 restocking/refund processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Personalized, custom, or beadable items are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

5. Product Information

All items are handmade or hand-assembled with care in our Indiana studio.

Slight variations in color, bead placement, size, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products — this is part of the unique charm of Cosmic Bead Theory creations.

Beadable pens are designed for use with standard compatible beads. Care instructions are included with your order.

6. Customer Service

We strive to respond to all messages within 24–48 hours.
